Two Artisan Showcases will be held under the Ramada for Estrella War XXXVI. These showcases are intended to provide a setting where artisans of every level and age can display their medieval style works and discuss those pieces with Crown, Peers and populace from many Kingdoms.
The first showcase is Friday February 21 and is for Laurels to display and share with the populace their works.
The second showcase is Saturday February 22 and is for youth and general populace to display and share their works.
Anyone can attend to view and discuss the works on display.
Works do not have to be completed or have documentation.
Drop off/Set up for both days starts at 9 am, display opens for viewing at 10 am.
Viewing will be from 10 am – 3 pm. Pick up can be no later than 4 pm. After 4 pm all works left will be turned over to the sheriff.
Tables and table clothes will be available; however, artisans are encouraged to bring their own table coverings or anything else to enhance their display. Chairs will be provided for artisans who wish to stay with their works. Artisans may also want to provide a notebook or paper and writing instruments for those who wish to leave written feedback on the displayed works. This would be especially helpful if you do not wish to stay with your work the entire viewing period.
Preregistration is not required, but encouraged so that we have enough tables for everyone.
Please email your table requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org .
